Women assessed the spirit of democracy !
Election to the local Self Government
in Kerala has shown considerable gain to the United Democratic Front (UDF).
Substantial share of seats from the Municipalities, Corporations and Panchayats
have been incredibly bagged by the United Democratic Front (UDF). The important
factor to be noticed in this election is that 50% of the seats have been
reserved to the women. This factor itself has worked democratically for the
reason that the women folk have exercised their votes strictly based on the personality
and eligibility of the candidates, apart from assessing on the political party
values. Hence, it could easily be derived at the point that the true spirit of
democracy worked practically at the grass root level in Kerala. Let this be a
lesson to the pseudo political parties and its blind fanatical adorers.

A Country where Poets are tendered.
It is so tragic and pathetic that
the Poet Ayyappan has to wait for the Minister for cultural affairs to release
his mortal remains to the other world, where there is no Minister for Cultural
affairs. It has become cancerous and highly politically epidemic a disease that
the politicians are exercising the total control of the dead bodies of the man
of letters for their convenience and political mileage. The artists in any
country is either intellectual or aesthetic property of the people not the
government controlled by any politicians. Here in Kerala it has become
fashionable as well as ritualistic that the artists of any kind are belongs to
the politicians as a dish for garnishing with garlands and guard of honors.

Democracy decentralized to Dirnkocrazy ?
Democracy has its own implication
over decentralizing alcoholism. Kerala is renowned for its decisive share to
boost up the excise revenue of the Kerala Government. During all festive
seasons Keralites are competing geographically and provincially to break the
alcoholic records. But quite unfortunately nowadays the Bar attached hotels are
suffering from acute shortage in having their minimum market share. Almost all
Bars in the cities are like graveyards with terrific silence. The Barmen and
waiters are totally frustrated for not having enough inmates to cater them. The
total revenue of these hotels has terribly come down @ 50% as it was earlier. With
the coming of Panchayat elections, all political leaders have mobilized their
army to the Panchayat and their primary and essential need of having daily alcohol
dosage been ensured and catered in the Panchayat itself. Official sources states that the total revenue on sales at beverage corporation sales counters in Kerala has been boosted up to eight fold during the two weeks prior to election. In the wider sense it
is a kind of decentralizing the spirit of democracy to the Panchayat so as to
rename democracy as the spirit of Drinkocrazy.

Remember ! do not defame letters, language and books!
There
is only one day for respecting and consecrating the “Letters”, “Language”, “Books”
and “equipments, tools and weapons” in the world. The day is in India . That day
is divinely celebrated as “Maha Navami”. Maha
Navami is celebrated on Ashwin Shukla Paksha Navami, the ninth day of Durga
Navratri. In 2010, the date of Mahanavami is October 16. Maha Navami is the last day of
9-day festival, Sharad Navaratri. As per Hindu beliefs,
Durga puja on Maha Navami is equal to Durga pooja performed on all 9 days of
Durga Navaratri. Goddess Siddhidatri puja is performed on Mahanavami day. On
Mahanavami day, in South Indian states especially in Kerala, Ayudha Pooja (equipments, tools and weapons) is performed. Tools, operators, instruments and books
are worshipped. The next day of Maha Navami is observed as Vijaya Dashami. In
some rural places, Janthu bali (animal sacrifices) are performed on Mahanavami
day. It is to be noted that Hindu culture and society is against animal
sacrifices. It is so pathetic that our culture is being degraded unfortunately equal
to that of animal sacrifices to mar this great day. Recently we heard news from
America
that book has been used as a weapon to register protest and one such philistine
threw book at Barack Obama. There is only one University in the whole world
which defamed and burned “letters” and “language” in font of the University;
that is Kerala Agricultural University .
The renowned scientists from this University have defamed and burned “letters”
and “language” demanding more pay hike years back. It is also noteworthy that
the teachers of this University is drawing approximately Rs. One Lakh per month as
salary, perhaps the biggest pay package in Kerala.

A wanted customer of democracy!
This
poor man is waiting for some lucky traveler to sell his luck for livelihood. He
does not know Abhishek Singhvi! He does not know Thomas Isac! He does not know Monica Agencies !
He does not know Megha Distributer! He does not know Chidambaram! He had never
been to Bhuttan! His wife and children are not in America ! He does not know Modern
Economics! What he knows is that his wife and children are at stake. What he
knows is that his right to live is being questioned and violated by a
government and its opposition. A Government that claims to be for the poor and
the downtrodden has chained him and his livelihood! But everybody knows that he
has one vote and he is a wanted customer of democracy!

Record your vote according to your conscience.
Record
your vote according to your conscience. So you have to keep your conscience
awake and alert before exercising your right to vote. As usual the political
parties will make you unconscious or transport you precariously to a stage of
coma and you will be thus transformed to a convenient tool that could be freely
operated by these political robots. So please check the following questions and
vote to the parties only if the answers are positive.
ü Whether have you been provided with the primary needs
such as good environment, water, air, food, roads, transports, peace of mind
and other essential infrastructure?
ü Whether have you been provided with a safe and secure
life to live in?
ü Whether have you been provided with a peaceful secular
environment?
ü Whether your children have been provided with good
education?
ü Whether your old parents have been provided with a quite
peaceful life?
If
the answers to the above questions are found to be positive, you may exercise your
vote positively. Otherwise you need not vote. You may please remember this is
the core of democracy and all elections that definitely lead us to the ultimate
goal of democracy.

Please don't call fathers. They are at kitchen!
Panchayat
election in Kerala is on. This time 50 % of total Panchayat will be ruled by
women representatives. Thanks to the spirit of gender equality and honoring the
weaker sex to enhance to stronger sex. The socio-cultural impact of this
reformation will be supposed to be grave. Proportionately 50 % of men folk have
to concentrate on the duties of kitchen and other household duties as their
best half is being sacrificed to the Panchayat raj. This will in fact reflect
adversely on the masculine productivity and in the arena of healthy rearing up
of their children. Our children will lose the great concern of their mother and
mothers touch due to this historic reformation. There is also a great chance of
our men folk become lazy and irresponsible while addressing serious issues of
their family and life. However we could find solace in having a complete Panchayat
raj protected by our mothers. Perhaps this may inspire us to call India Mother
India!
